Welcome to Annie Adventures. By booking a tour, safari, trekking expedition, cultural experience, airport transfer, or any other service with Annie Adventures, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

- BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Annie Adventures.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment and a written confirmation from Annie Adventures.
The person making the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.
- PAYMENT TERMS
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made through approved payment methods provided by Annie Adventures.
Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to cancellation fees imposed by hotels, lodges, airlines, national parks, and other suppliers.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed activities, late arrivals, or early departures.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
- CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Clients requesting changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges.
Annie Adventures will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Changes requested shortly before departure may not be possible.
- PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, insurance documents, and any other required travel documents.
Annie Adventures is not responsible for any costs, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
- HEALTH AND FITNESS
Some tours and trekking activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness.
Travelers are responsible for informing Annie Adventures of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements before travel.
Participation in activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Insurance should cover:
• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Personal accidents
• Emergency evacuation
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
Annie Adventures shall not be liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
- LIABILITY
Annie Adventures acts as a tour operator and coordinates services provided by third-party suppliers including hotels, lodges, airlines, transportation companies, and park authorities.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Annie Adventures shall not be liable for:
• Personal injury
• Illness
• Property loss or damage
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond our reasonable control
- FORCE MAJEURE
Annie Adventures shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Fires
• Pandemics
• Epidemics
• Government actions
• Strikes
• Civil unrest
• War
• Transportation disruptions
- SAFARI AND WILDLIFE DISCLAIMER
Wildlife viewing is unpredictable, and Annie Adventures cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and park authorities.
Any failure to comply with safety regulations may result in removal from activities without refund.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Travelers agree to:
• Follow instructions provided by guides and staff
• Respect local customs and cultures
• Protect wildlife and the environment
• Comply with national park regulations
• Conduct themselves responsibly throughout the trip
Annie Adventures reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the tour.
